We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless the error was made by Rusty Rose Boutique.
If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective due to an error on our part, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue and make it right.
