Shipping & Turnaround Policy

At Rusty Rose Boutique, many of our items are made-to-order, custom-created, or offered through preorders. Because of this, turnaround times (TAT) vary by item and collection.

Please carefully review the estimated turnaround time listed on each product page before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the stated turnaround time for your item(s).

Rusty Rose Boutique is not responsible for orders that do not arrive within a customer's personal deadline, event date, vacation, holiday, or other desired timeframe. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or store credit due to turnaround times exceeding a customer's expectations or timeline.

Please note that turnaround times refer to production time and do not include shipping transit time. Once your package has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.
